Booking conditions

   Private tours only

   Every tour is private: only your group on board, up to 7 guests. We do not run shared tours.

   How to book

   Send your request at least 24 hours before departure. We confirm availability and the price right away.

3. 3

   Prices

   Prices are for the whole boat, not per person. They include the captain, fuel, water and a bottle of prosecco.

4. 4

   Deposit and payment

   To confirm your date we ask for a 30% deposit, paid by card through a secure link we send you. You pay the balance on board: cash, card or bank transfer.

5. 5

   Cancellation

   Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before departure. After that, the 30% deposit is refunded in full only for serious reasons (bad weather, flight delay, travel problems), not for trivial ones, and only if the tour cannot be moved to another date or time.

6. 6

   Bad weather

   If bad weather does not allow the tour to take place, we find another date or time together. If that is not possible, we refund the 30% deposit.

7. 7

   On board

   Children are welcome: we have lifejackets from the smallest size (0–15 kg) and no car seats are needed. Pets are allowed only if small. You can swim from the boat. Please follow the captain's instructions for everyone's safety.

8. 8

   Insurance

   The boat and all passengers are insured.

9. 9

   Changing the date

   The date can be changed with no problem up to 48 hours before departure, or by agreement directly with us. It is only possible after the 30% deposit has been paid.

    Your data

    We use your data only to answer your request and manage your booking. Details in the privacy policy.
